At DragonPictures, we partner with trusted print-on-demand suppliers to produce high-quality, made-to-order products. Because every item is custom created just for you, our returns policy varies depending on the type of product ordered.

1. For Posters & Canvases - Supplied by Printify

​​

All DragonPictures wall art - such as sunset posters and canvases - is made to order via Printify. As these items are printed individually, returns and exchanges are not available if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.


We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged in transit

  • There was a manufacturing defect

  • The product received does not match your order

 

If you experience one of these issues, please notify us within 30 days of delivery, using our contact form. Be sure to include:

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • Your order number

 

There is no need to return the damaged product.

​Delivery Issues

​If your item was undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address), you may request:

  • A reprint at an additional charge, or

  • A partial refund

 

Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If multiple items with the same design are affected, we may require a photo of all items together in one frame for confirmation.

2. For Sunset Clothing & Bags - Supplied by Printful

 

Our range of sunset-themed t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, windbreakers, and (coming soon) bags are made using an all-over print process via Printful. Each product is custom-printed to order.
 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Choosing the wrong colour

  • Changing your mind after purchase

 

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival

  • There is a print or manufacturing defect

  • The product does not match your order

 

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Photos showing the problem clearly

  • Your order number

​If your item is lost in transit or returned due to an invalid address, we will work with you to:

  • Reship the product, or

  • Offer a refund, depending on the situation

Please report any such issues within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
